3. Disclaimer & Payment/Refund Policy

A full refund can be issued within 30 days of purchase, if the user is dissatisfied with the Course curriculum

or coaching structure. Refunds will not be issued for personal reasons including financial or medical.

Payments on the Installment Plan are due within 3 days of billing date. If you fail to complete your payment installments at any point, the Website reserves the right to permanently unenroll you from any and all Courses as well as from the Facebook Group without issuing a refund.

4. Limitations

In no event shall the Website or its Owner be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the Website or an authorized of the Website has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to not disparage, demote, or otherwise defame the School in any way, either publicly or privately before, during, or after engaging with its contents. Failure to adhere to this policy will warrant legal action against you until the activity has ceased.

The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current.
